 台湾祥溢企业成立于1965年，四十余年来经过公司全体同仁多年来的努力，机台设备及客户陆续增加，并顺利取得了SGS公司认证之ISO.9001认证。有鉴于国际及大陆市场电子五金零件的客户需求，祥溢于1998年设立了萨摩亚群岛控股公司，次年于广东省东莞市长安镇成立“东莞耐力五金配件有限公司”从事精密电子电脑五金配件的制造，并于2001年11月顺利取得英国BSI公司ISO.9001:2000年版认证，东莞耐力拥有三百余台五金螺丝制造设备、100余套各式精密车床、并拥有精密CNC铣床、线切割机、放电加工机，自行制作开发螺丝五金模具以强化公司的竞争优势。多年来经全体员工努力，多次被多家客户评选为最佳供应厂商，现已成为中国南方同业之楚翘。2003年于江苏省昆山市设立昆山杜尔伯电子配件有限公司，现有壹百余台精密电子五金生产设备，预计在明年对精密电子五金配件的生产，采行制程垂直整合；已建立拉丝、冲压和螺母成型、热处理、电镀生产车间。一系列流程将整合于本厂进行一贯作业并提供客户一站式购足电脑、电子、五金配件之服务。昆山杜尔伯已扩建全新六栋生产厂房，电子五金生产设备也将增为六百余台，为争成为华东前三大的螺丝供应厂商。

In 1998,Will Enterprise Corporation established a new factory with the name of Durable Enterprise Company according to market requirement .It is one of the leading manufacturers of a trade in south China. It now has over 300 sets of fastener manufacturing machines, 100 sets of lathe machines, CNC machines, Wire cutting machines, Electrical discharge machines, and developed its own molds to enhance competitive strength.
